What is In-Home Care?
In-Home Care is a program designed to implement non-medically oriented tasks to meet recipient’s physical needs and thereby enable the patient to remain in his or her home rather than at a skilled nursing facility. Services include meal preparations, cleaning and personal assistance

Are the services covered by my insurance?
AW In-Home Care is Medicaid certified and services are covered 100% by Medicaid. Private pay option is available.

How to initiate the services?
Register nurse will complete a thorough assessment to gain a full understanding of the issues and concerns faced by the client and the family. The assessment targets available options that best fit the client. Together we formulate a care plan that incorporates your needs, your wishes and your preferred schedule. Our caregivers are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
