What is our Non-Emergency Medical Transportation Service?
AW Health Care Non-Emergency Medical Transportation provides the disabled and elderly population with transportation to and from:
• Hospitals
• Dialysis
• Doctors' offices
• X-rays, MRI or any diagnostics

Who qualifies for the services?
Services are available to persons with functional impairments, who are age 50 or older, reside in the community and are eligible Medicaid recipients.

Are the services covered by insurance?
AW Transportation is covered 100% by Medicaid. Private pay option is available.
