AW Health Care was founded in 2001 to serve the culturally diverse communities of St. Louis, Missouri and Illinois with a higher standard of in-home care. What began as a local home care agency quickly expanded into a full-spectrum healthcare provider, rooted in compassion, guided by medical expertise, and driven by a mission: to help every individual age well.
The “AW” in our name stands for Aging Well—because we believe growing older should come with dignity, safety, independence, and joy. Our care model addresses the whole person—mind and body—at every stage of life.
We are a women-owned company, ranked in the top 10% of home health agencies in the St. Louis region, proudly delivering care to more than 1,500 clients each day, backed by over 400 team members.
