Chrissy was also featured as one of the inspirational authors in Living Well with Grit, where she shared her powerful story of transformation, authenticity, and leadership.

In her moving speech, Chrissy spoke candidly about her own journey—one that many women can relate to. She described years spent “running on the hamster wheel,” chasing validation through career achievements, promotions, and approval from others.
Her turning point came when she realized that no job title or external praise could define her worth. Through challenge and reflection, she discovered that true success begins when we step into our authentic selves and lead with courage and love.
“No amount of external validation will ever substitute for internal alignment,” Chrissy shared.
“When I stopped chasing validation, I finally had the freedom to show up fully as myself — in my work, in my leadership, and in my life.”
