Crystal Curry is nominated for the “Save the Day” award from Dan Walters
Crystal, a private duty facility LPN, dropped everything she was doing to ensure a home health patient was taken care of when there was an emergent catheter issue and no home health nurse was available.
Crystal is constantly going above and beyond to ensure all AW clients are cared for, no matter which line of business. Dan and the rest of the AW team are very appreciative of Crystal’s dedication to AW. Crystal has a heart of gold and treats AW like family. Not only did she address the catheter issue, but she also communicated with the facility director of nursing and provided her cell phone to call her if there were any issues that came up overnight.
The customer service to patients and facility administrators is what makes AW successful in the facility model.
Thank you, Crystal!
