Professionalism…that’s what impressed me the most.

My mom and dad are in their 90s, physically frail but mentally alert and often somewhat challenging to deal with. Your team of professionals treated mom and dad with dignity, care and respect for which my family is very grateful.

I am so pleased that my skilled facility called AW Health Care again for me! My OT is Catherine and she is wonderful. She is always a few minutes early which I love, and she always calls when she says she will to schedule her visits. I also really like Donna, my nurse. Donna is so funny and a joy to talk with!

Your personal attention, desire to help and the highest professionalism impressed me the most. I trust AW caregivers as my close family and friends. Thank you.

Our AW caregiver never fails to thank Mary Lou for a great day and a kiss to her forehead at the end of her shift. First and most impressive was the quality and professionalism of the personnel which was sent to assist in Rose Mary’s recovery. It would be difficult to pick a favorite as they were all outstanding in addressing the challenges of their task. The results are above our expectations.
