We are so grateful to share moments from our recent caregiver appreciation event. What a wonderful occasion to celebrate the dedication, heart, compassion, and professionalism of our team.
We are truly honored to have the caregivers we do. We hope this celebration shows just how grateful we are for every one of you.
Here’s how we celebrated our team:
- “AW swag” was available for everyone: umbrellas, bags, stress balls, and more.
- Gift cards were included in personal thank-you cards.
- And for those who joined in the “Why I like working for AW” and “Best caregiver tip” activity, we held a raffle for a $50 gift card and 4 hours of PTO!
- Facility caregivers received a framed word cloud, created from the words colleagues used to describe you.
