“Your staff is amazing! Dan and Caroline have made the difference for me. Initially, Dan worked with me after my hip replacement in 2022 and since my SCI in 2023, both he and Caroline have been treating me. They both treat the whole person, including mental and physical wellbeing.
Caroline and Dan took the time and energy to listen to me and help me understand. After much encouragement, I added water therapy. I found the same level of care with Lindsey and Sheila. They truly care and want me to improve, while treating the whole person.
Your office staff, Kayla and Tracy, are very attentive and helpful. Most of your employees I’ve encountered are kind, caring, accommodating, and forthcoming.
One example was quite impressive. My appointment was at 3:45 p.m., and there were no wheelchair parking spaces available. As I was backing into a space further away, Tracy pulled up, got out of her car, and directed me to her parking spot—this was an employee leaving work on a Friday who still took the time to help me.
